4 Fashion Resolutions for 2017

Out with the old, in with the new. The New Year is the perfect time to refresh your fashion resolutions and try something new. Let’s make 2017 your most stylish year yet! Here are some of our favorite fashionistas for some New Year inspiration.

1. Wear more accessories.

Accessorizing is the easiest way to enhance your style and make it your own. Let 2017 be the year you up your outfit game by layering on a necklace or two. Mix and match earrings and pair them with a bold chunky necklace or keep it simple in dainty layers like Emily Ratajkowski and Bella Hadid.

2. Gym in style.

Need a little push to hitting the gym this next year? Boost your confidence by gymming in style. Fill up your closet with some trendy athleisure wear not only to motivate you to actually getting to the gym, but to also feel confident while exercising away! Take tips from Gigi and add on a trendy bomber to take your outfit from gym to the streets.

3. Get out of your comfort zone.

Basics are safe, but it’s time to turn up those basics and get out of your comfort zone. 2017 is the year of creativity, so don’t be afraid to mix things up. Experiment with your usual basics whether it’s turning your jean jacket into an off-the-shoulder top like none other than Rihanna or go for something a little more daring like a corset over a basic t-shirt like Kylie!

4. Use your textures.

Take your favorite fall trends like suede and leather into spring. Style is all about mixing and matching and not always worrying about what trends will work for whatever season. There’s no need for a whole new wardrobe, and instead, experiment with what you have for the transitional season. See how Emily Ratajkowski and Selena Gomez take their favorite “winter” pieces and make them more spring-ready, pairing them with light basics and an open toe heel.
